Urban Curry has changed its name to Urban Grill. Two-for-one coupon in today's Daily Sun (Sunday).
They are located in the shopping strip near Spanish Springs that has a Publix, Belk and Winn-Dixie. They are south of the Winn Dixie.
Great lunch buffet!!! from 11AM to 2PM.

Thanks to everyone for these suggestions! I forgot to mention Panera. They have a really good hummus based vegetable sandwich.

And Wendyquat - you are so right about the sodium. We try to limit that as well. It seems the two major flavorings restaurants use are fat and sodium.

I still like the Golden Corral. It's close to where I live and inexpensive for earlybirds. But, to tell the truth, any restaurant can become boring if you go too often. Once a month is more than enough for me. I don't believe in eating out for thrills or for the entertainment value of food alone. My motto is: The less you eat out, the better.

I never get tired of eating my own cooking because it's always fixed just the way I like it. And there's no temptation to overeat. Eating out, if overdone, is a slippery slope to eating less well.
