John, WECK is short for Kimmelweck rolls. It is a hard roll with kimmelweck seeds and large crystals of salt on the bun. The roll is often served with sliced hot roast beef on (or should I say IN) it dripping with au jus.
Some folks also put horseradish on it, but I do not.
