Default Best meal in a long time

Went to the Bonefish last evening-had swordfish with lobster ravioli, Admiral had gnocchi--both done to perfection- 2-Chopin martini's each done correctly

we both noticed not a single beer drinker @ the bar, everyone was either drinking wine or cocktails

Met waitress who we had known for several years-she commented to us the Bonefish is the best & most professional restaurant in TV--we have to agree

Got a neighbor who moved here 6months ago from another area, his comment to me was " its a shame that the best dining in TV is the Bonefish"-after yesterday I have to agree with him

One thing about corp restaurants that holds true is "consistency" and that's the key to any good dining experience- none of the so called CC restaurants are consistent--especially when if comes to meat dishes-one week they can be tender & great--the next week they could be used as shoe leather-

Love their pumpkin ravioli! I am a beer drinker, but mostly drink Martinis at Bonefish because they are soooo yummy! Blueberry lemon drop is my fav...

We went there two weeks ago. I remembered an old post whereby you commented about how much you liked the porkchop. Since my husband does not eat pork I take every opportunity to order it. I was sooo disappointed when the waitress told me that corporate took it off the menu. Sigh!

I too, don't eat pork chops--only eat fish @ the bonefish--only chops I eat are the veal chop @ Arnold Palmer our martinis are nothing but straight top shelf vodka with a lemon this and a big plus for the Bonefish is they have nice slender stem glasses that are kept in a freezer

I agree, the Fontina pork chops were yummy. I have made this copy cat recipe.

Thank you for this. Looks delicious -- I look forward to trying it at home. I assume it calls for dry Marsala rather than sweet?
