I am from NJ. Bravos is pretty good especially when you add salt and oregano. Close to what I use to eat in NJ.

That is the way it is customarily done for a Chicago style pizza.

If you know the place, let me know.
Yes, Yes, Yes, Maruca's also. AND Macks of the boardwalk. And furthermore, before closing, The Corner Inn on Center Street was the best ever. The recipe from there moved to The Shady Rest Bar on Route 9 in Bayville, NJ. The greatest ever.

Shame 90% of Villages never had a good authentic pizza in their lives.
Well, we've been fortunate to have the only real, authentic, pizza on the planet...in Italy. Anything else pales in comparison. A real pizza made with double zero Italian flour, streched thin and topped with a little Extra Virgin olive oil, fresh San Marzano tomato sauce, a few dollops of fresh mozzarella ( not a whole bag of Sargento's), some porcini mushrooms and Prosciutto de Parma. Heaven On Earth.

Actually microwave can be dangerous and RISKY. If, the instructions do not give microwave instructions and since companies know most people have and used microwaves for quick cooking there probably is a reason.

Soups, you open a can of soup, nuke it for 2-3 min and it is done. I've never done it but I heard people CLAIM they cook it in the can. THAT IS NUTS. The coating of the can is not designed to be heated and the can is not designed to take the added pressure. The reason opening the can and heating the soup in say a bowl is the fact that since with microwaves it cooks from the inside, beans will often explode.

Oh to avoid my mistake. Chestnuts do not have instructions on them demanded by their legal staff. I cut an X into the shells to vent and to make it easier to remove the shells. One nut which I did cut an X into EXPLODED similar to a monster popcorn. The noise which remember was reduced by the door was like a small firecracker. The good news the door did not blow open. I think there is a safety lock on the door preventing it from opening while the microwave is producing microwaves which, can and would cook you.

Shhhh! The poor misguided northern transplants think there is a difference. Most of the major chains I've ordered their pizza's for dine in and an additional one's to take home and guess what? They taste the same.

When we first moved here we ordered from Flippers a lot. They changed their vendors and the pizza completely changed. Never ordered again.

I like Little Joeys, Bravos, Chefs of Napoli, and Sammys on 301 as well.
Favorite delivery is Jets Pizza in Michigan. Go there every time I am back north. Sure wish they had one down here.
