Chop House doesn't have a rib eye on the menu. Only 3 types of steaks on the menu. It's not even close to being considered what one would call a steak house.

If you are such a steak aficionado then it is surprising that you did not acknowledge that often a Delmonico steak *is* a rib eye. Sounds like frequently, but not always, a Delmonico *is* a rib eye
