Default Bluefin Seasonal Special

Went to the Bluefin the other day, had the second best seafood dish I have had in TV, in the past 9 years we have lived here--it was a lump crab cake stuffed flounder with veggies cooked to perfection

My # 1 is still the whole oriental fried snapper @ the Bamboo Bistro

The Blufin knows how to make seafood , correctly

Interesting comment, because many of us transplants from the Chesapeake Bay region think the seafood here is "crap."

I like how some transplants from the Chesapeake Bay have a way with words...... don't beat around the bush tell us how you really feel.

I have been catching crab, cooking and making fresh crab cakes every week all summer. Nothing better than fresh Chesapeake Bay crab, other than maybe my fresh oysters growing at my dock.

Remember to ice down a tub or two and bring them down to all your fellow TOTV members!

They don't realize that the seafood here is the same seafood as there. It only takes a couple hours on a jet to bring fresh fish here from the cold waters of the north. Plus here we have the warm water fish such as Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Wahoo,Cobia, Snapper and don't forget the Stone Crabs.

Just waddled home from The Fin. What a great place. NEVER anything but the best from them. Tonight I tried the Lump Crab Cake Stuffed Flounder with veggies cooked to perfection. It was outta this world. I hope that place outlasts me by 20 years. It really is the bomb!

The Company we were with were fantastic, we are lucky indeed!

Only the cobia, in the summer, can be caught in the Chesapeake Bay. Offshore yes. Really can't replace what I catch fresh in the bay here. Wish we could.
