I went there for the first time not too long ago. The inside looked fantastic and the bartender, Michael, was very polite! I look forward to going again, but it is a long drive for me. Definitely not one for my golf cart to make.

Easy 15 minutes from St Cats. (Sawgrass). Their burgers are great and they will actually cook them to your preference. Hard to find anyone that will do a med rare anymore.
Prices are reasonable too - better than McGradys.

I agree when I asked if mid rare could actually be accomplished in TV? Our wait staff assured me if it wasn’t right, they would fix it.

It is the first burger in TV (including chop house) that was cooked mid rare perfectly through out the entire patty except for 1/8” around the edge. Staff is great, it is a little noisy, but well worth the trip

They charge $8.95 to “upgrade” from French fries to onion rings. They didn’t warn us beforehand.

We got FOUR onion rings…….for $8.95.

🤣

Took a 28 minute golf cart ride there last night for dinner starting from close to the Waterlily bridge. It's clear that once they open up either Corbin trail or the Marsh Bend multi-modal in Eastport area that it should shave 5-8 minutes off that ride.

The way the restaurant is designed really stands out. Doesn't have the same feel as a typical country club. Feels more vibrant. The furniture is more modern design. The staff is on the younger side but very professional and courteous. The layout is somewhat similar to some of the country clubs with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The bar seating is open air and is more plentiful than any of the country clubs that I've been to. Lots of TV's everywhere but they're high up enough to not be in your face if you don't care about what's happening on them.

Place was packed at 7pm. Had to take a seat at the bar and ordered dinner from there. The bartenders were all very attentive. I ordered a burger, wife ordered one of the fancy hot dogs. Both were very good and priced about a good one could expect from a decent restaurant. We will be definitely returning in the future.

That is the standard Happy Hour price at all of the developer run restaurants.

I understand that they leave the windows open and that "flys" are flying around touching your food and drinks. This is a health and safety issue.

They have some of these now.

We keep one in the golf cart for Edna's, Sawgrass, etc.

I paid $3.99 for Michelob Ultra draft. This was the regular price. It's printed on the regular drink menu. It doesn't appear to be some promotional price. The specialty drinks on the other hand were mostly around $14.

What restaurants does the Developer run? (I can't think of any)

Choose your poison. Fly's eating garbage, then touching your booze and food.

Went for lunch today.
Arrived 1:45, seated in 15 minutes outside.
Was there 1 hour 20 minutes……..saw zero flies.
Service was very good.
Food was as expected good bar food.
Will go back even though it was 19 miles and 31 minutes, to get there.
Is likely a fun place for Village Buffaloes and others.
