I know a Polish restaurant is coming to Wildwood, but anything now?

And for a longshot, how about an Ethiopian restaurant? They're a thing in the DC area. When I lived in Silver Spring, MD in the 2000s, there were literally five Ethiopian restaurants within a ten minute walk of my house.
Borscht is actually a very wide description of a beet soup. Sort of like saying chicken soup or beef soup. It can be vegetarian or a beef based soup.

Point, to find what you like, you after all that work want to ask what they call borscht.

There is a polish delion 441 in leesburg, in a plaza on your left if coming from the villages. They make their own sausage and other products-check them out-they may make it.
