I'd say give them another try. We've been there twice and both times service was good and so was the pizza. Seems you just hit it at a bad time for some reason and I know the feeling as I've experienced it many times myself at other places, and the experience keeps on getting worse and worse. While visiting TV two weeks ago wife & I ate in Bravo twice in two days. No problem whatsoever. Waiters were friendly and attentive and more importantly the food was good. Can't wait to go back.

Service
Their service is terrible no doubt about it but damn their pizza keeps be coming back.

they have always had poor service. Went in once a half hour before closing and they refused to cook pasta dinners for us...
