We went to Katie Bell this morning for the Friday $4.99 buffet. Guess what - THEY DISCONTINUED IT. It was one of my favorite places to go to for breakfast. Now they only have it on Saturdays (one of my golf days). Sunday is still $6.99 for the buffet. I'm going to miss those biscuits and gravy.

They started weekdays on the patio breakfast several weeks ago. The buffet is still Sat and Sun. inside. During the week you can still eat indoors if you wish. The prices are very good, and outside is fine as long as it is overcast and cool. I was told that the buffets caused them to have to throw too much food away that couldn't be used later. This time of the year required a change of plan to keep a profitable bottom line I guess. We go there once a week and enjoy it. |
