No itâs not just you. I get attitude every time I ask for something cooked fresh because itâs always cold when you get it. If the hash browns sit for more than 5 minutes the temperature is unacceptable.
What aggravates me the most is when I ask for something cooked fresh and they tell me âit just came outâ when I know darn well that is not true because I was standing in line more than 5 minutes and the item was sitting in the warmer.
These employees think nothing of arguing with you when you ask for anything out of the norm.
There is one new girl there who really shines and is very customer oriented.
She should be running the place.
Remember to do the survey on your receipt!
Thatâs the only way ownership knows what is going on.
I very rarely see the owner overseeing the operation.
