Were you there last night before or after they ran out of grated cheese?

Say what?!

Well, it's not like it's really a necessity at an Italian restaurant.

Coming soon, Chefs of Napoli lV (Ocala).

I confess. It was so good, I ate it all.

I guess it probably would have been worse if they ran out of pasta rather than grated cheese. Didn't bother me too much but it did my Italian husband who likes pasta with his grated cheese rather than grated cheese with his pasta.

Joe when is that place open? Every time we drive by it is closed.
Opens at 4 PM. I'm not totally sure but they are closed on Mondays? Not a big place so I would call for reservations.

Kudos to your husband!

If they don't have mint jelly, I probably won't order the lamb chops.

If they don't have apple sauce, I definitely won't order the pork chops.

But if they don't have grated cheese for the pasta? I walk out!!

LOL

I am, however, willing to endure Parmigiana over Romano Pecorino or Locatelli both of which, it seems, I can only get at home.
