I drove by the restaurant yesterday and it was open AND there were people eating in it.

Kill the roaches, call for another inspection, and you are back in business - until the next time.

Me, I will not go there.

I am afraid there are a lot more restaurants then just China Buffet around this area with the same problems

Just think, after being shut down they might now be the cleanest restaurant in town! But even so, I never liked it because the food is too salty. I have low blood pressure and intend to keep it that way. Anyway, I don't enjoy food that's been oversalted.

One reason is that they put teriyaki sauce on everything. I call it liquid sodium.

we went there once and the food was all cold. Doesn't surprise me they got shut down

Yes, there were people eating their last night around 6:30. No line-ups but a few tables full. Hopefully they've solved any health or cleanliness problems.
