The 10 Best Chinatowns in the United States | Tripping.com Sent from my VS995 using Tapatalk |
We found that most of the dishes at Koyame look good but are bland and tasteless.
|
Koyame is pretty good. I find the food in most Chinese restaurants in this area to be bland. Koyame's food is nicely seasoned.
|
Chinese, like Italian, is very subjective. In both cases you are not eating "authentic". It's Chinese American or Italian American, not the way it's prepared in the actual countries. The best Italian food I've ever eaten has been in Italy. Likewise the best Chinese food I've ever eaten was in Beijing. In both cases, it was nothing like what you find in the U.S.
Having said that, I find Koyame to be very good ( not as bland as others) but still searching for good Italian. |

Kitchen
Try to look into the kitchen and you may never eat out at any asian place.

If most of the Chines Restaurants are questionable I wonder if PF Chang is looking at our area. The closest one I think is 45 miles away.
