Me too:BigApplause:

I'm not sure. I don't know how loud it was when you were there. We just love him. His voice is just awesome so sometimes we pump him up a little ! :D
We were all singing with him tonight so it may have been a little loud adding us !

Cody's is located and designed to be loud. If you are looking for quite, DON"T GO TO CODY'S. GGGEEEEZZZZ. But if you are looking for a good time eating, drinking and laughing with friendly people, Cody's is the place for you. If they would go to a very quite type sitting on a stool with a flat top guitar and a low volume speaker, I am sure a few would be happy, but Cody's would no longer be packed eveynight. It is that simple.

This month he is there every Tuesday except the 18th and every Friday except the 14th.
Next Tuesday is the big anniversary special for Codys. Buy any meal & get a voucher for the amount of the meal to use anytime for anything.

I AGREE! WE WALKED OUT SATURDAY NIGHT, AFTER STANDING AT THE BAR FOR ALMOST TEN MINUTES WHILE TWO BARTENDERS LOOKED MY WAY SEVERAL TIMES. THE BAR WAS NOT THAT BUSY. I GAVE THE BARTENDER A GOOD TIP AFTER OUR FIRST DRINK LIKE I ALWAYS DO. THOUGHT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME. I GOT TIRED OF TRING TO GET THEIR ATTENTION. COMPLAINED TO A FEMALE MANAGER WHO DID NOT HAVE A VERY NICE ATTITUDE! WAS NOT LIKE THIS TWO YEARS AGO. LOST MY BUSINESS FOR A WHILE! :cus:

Instead of just standing at the bar for almost 10 whole minutes, did you try signalling one of the bartenders with a "come-here" while they looked your way several times? Just a slight wave with your hand, a signal toward your drink glass, or tilt of the chin will get a bartender over to you AT ANY RESTAURANT.

My thoughts exactly !

You told the bartender you were done when you tipped him. That is a clear indication that you will finish this drink and be leaving. Run a tab next time and tip when you pay the final bill.

Cody's

My wife and I are pretty fair regulars at Cody's and have been so for the past three years. We always sit at the inside bar and enjoy the bartenders immensely. Frankly, its what keeps us coming back. A wonderful bar menu, reasonable prices and good entertainment. Love the party atmosphere, expecially when Dunning Shaw is entertaining. Im thinking there are more seats available with each passing derogatory comment. And STILL, the place is packed! Someone, must be doing SOMETHING right!

Stop by and say "hi", I'll be the guy and his wife with the 32oz Amber Bocks!

We need to help them celebrate their 19th anniversary next week.
