Pepsi for us, though I rarely ever drink soda anymore. I prefer water most of the time. A cup of coffee in the morning, water with lemon in it at restaurants (I hate the smell and taste of tap water), noncarbonated spring water throughout the day, and pina coladas or other "fruity rum drink" when I want to imbibe. Or Kahlua and milk. But mostly - water. I'll steal a few sips from my husband's cup of Pepsi when we're eating pizza.

Thanks. I can get the Mexican coke were I reside as well but it is sweeter somehow. Still much better than the corn syrup coke.

Oh such great memories!

It's a hole in the wall on lower Michigan Ave. Wouldn't want it any differently. A lot of SNL cast were Second City alumni.

Just think about how much cola is sold in The Villages' owned restaurants and kiosks.

It's 'SODA' Chi!

Coke in the South, soda in the East, and pop in the Midwest. I'm starting to say soda pop now.[emoji3047]https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...3efe278535.jpg

Yep, it's always a fun topic to bring the question up in a group, to find out what people call...their favorite carbonated, non-alcoholic beverage. :D

Wife prefers Coke and won't touch Pepsi. I prefer non-colas but will do Coke over Pepsi if I have no other choice. If the choice is only Pepsi, then it's water for me. Actually, since I don't much care for soda from a dispenser (I prefer a cold, freshly opened can), I usually do ice water in the restaurants anyway.

Me...I’ll have a coke.
Server....is Pepsi ok?
Me........Is Monopoly money OK?
Coke for sure.

I drink Coke, but I marinate steaks in Pepsi and Dale's seasoning. Don't knock it until you try it...easy on the Dales though, unless you are a salt freak.

:) I see on Amazon that Dale's has a "Reduced Sodium Blend" I might have to try it.
