Default CONSISTENCY AND RESTAURANT FOOD

Do many areas of Florida have trouble with staffing at their restaurants and trouble with consistency in what they serve? This is a continuing problem in TV over the years and I was wondering if this is typical of Florida in general or just particular to The Villages?

Default Re: CONSISTENCY AND RESTAURANT FOOD

As I understand it, staffing a restaurant in these parts is difficult for many reasons not the least of which is housing within a reasonable drive of The Villages.

Consistency is a different matter.
