Now...before I get the...it isn't good for you stuff.

I would imagine that most will enjoy Culvers occasionally, and not make a steady diet of their delicious ice cream and other yummy stuff served in a clean restaurant in a chain that really deserves the praise it gets.

I might go seven days in a row and then get control of myself....but hey.

Bragging

We all believe that our home town and our grandchildren and our college team is the best. But some of us had mothers who taught us not to brag.

It isn't nice.

I don't think I was bragging. We moved here so my husband could play golf year round and I could spend a lot of time outside.

Nathan's open up in TV either= none of their corp. extensions could come close to the original in Coney Island

Well us midwesterners do LOVE our carbs!!! May not be top-shelf but.........

I stopped by there the other day and was told that they are opening on Monday the 16th. Can't wait.

I am sad to see them opening here in The Villages...won't do my waistline any good!

Don't worry about your waistline. Eat drink and be merry. If it's good, eat it! Life's too short to stay skinny. By the way, I'm fat and happy.

Thanks for the links Gracie, I watched all 3 and everything looks delicious. Never had Wallyeye- not a big fish eater but do enjoy Cod, haddock and grouper. This fish I will try. I think they will be a nice touch to the Villages.

Do they do breakfast? We have never been to one.

I have been to Culvers in Dubuque, IA and in suburban Chicago, and I have not ever seen breakfast offered.

Looking great to reside in Glenbrook.. Need a convenient go to, for fast takeout, so tired of Taco Bell,... Looking forward to the Culver's fish offerings.... Wendys fish sandwich, throwaway garbage,.. sad, that I can tell you, believe me......

Went to Culvers this last week when we were home in Ohio and it wasn't as good as I remembered. The fish was really greasy.

That's so sad to hear! Hopefully it was a one time event!
I drove past the one here today. Two cars were parked each pointed a different direction, in the drive-thru. Saw quite a few cars parked in their lot---wondered if they were training OR were having a soft-opening. Would love to go to a s.o.!!! Won't be going the 1st few days, for sure, as I'm sure it will be "slammed"!

Most restaurant reviews work that way.
