Default New restaurant in Spanish Springs

Just read what restaurant will replace Athens New York on Spanish Springs Square.
Seems odd you would replace one with another one.

It's new owners who like the idea of a Greek restaurant. If done right, it can be successful

It says the new Greek restaurant will be by the same people who own Johnny Rockets and Red Sauce.

I hope their Greek cooking is better than the "red sauce" at Red Sauce. (I like Red Sauce and go there often, but their red sauce is acidy and mealy. It needs some baking soda and to be cooked longer!)

I like Red Sauce and the service is always good. When we have been there they have been packed.

In reading the blurb on the Villages Gourmet website, looks like they are going to expand into part of the old Katie Belles restaurant and make "Little Greece" bigger.

Since our population is growing so fast, I would say if it is done correctly, it should be very successful
