Since the other guy closed the doors, who would they purchase it from? I thought they would just go in and start a lease with the developer.

My wife and I just had dinner at Glenview CC tonight. Service was attentive and great and the food was delicious. The new menu looked terrific and we can't wait to go back and try more items off of it. If you have been avoiding this place for the past couple years, like we have, I would suggest you give it a try now that the guy who owns Red Sauce has it.

The Hacienda is totally different, it is an ark of a place and (I think) the interior needs WORK.

There are so many people who do not want to eat in fast food restaurants and would prefer to dine in a local country club where you get to meet your neighbors and have the same wait staff on a regular basis.

Hopefully, it would/will be someone as good...as those who run Tierra Del Sol.

TDS's service, menu and serving sizes...are now very impressive.

Do you realize that "those that run Tierra Del Sol" are the Developer?

All of these are run by TV:
Katie Belle's Music Hall
Tierra Del Sol Bar & Grill
Lazy Mac's Taco Shack
Amelia's at the Waterfront Inn
Fenney Grill

Yes...I knew that.

One of Da Family members is very fond of the theater there, so I don't see it being contracted out anytime soon.

I simply hope that whomever Glenview gets to oversee their day-to-day operations...is as competent as who The Developer has running TDS.

Are you talking about Hacienda? Glenview was just taken over by the Suileman's and they are very competent.

No, my comment was about Tierra Del Sol.

Went with a group of 12 lady golfers for lunch last Saturday...first time since change in ownership.

The menu was much better, service was great, and food was good. I thought the prices were reasonable. The place looked cleaner than I remembered but could still use a facelift. Everyone enjoyed their food...a mix of salads, sandwiches, and appetizers. I will definitely go back and want to try dinner. I had a sinful open face grill cheese with bacon and tomato. Not healthy but very tasty.

I am encouraged....I had been down on Glenview for a couple of years.

Maybe only important to some. If the food isn’t good why worry about happy hour

lots of better happy hours, than Suleiman restaurants--their food is generally above average-& that's what counts

Default Great experiences recently at Glenview CC

Been there a few times since new management. Consistently good service and food. Lunch menu is typical country club faire. Lots of choices.

Dinner menu is great! I have had swordfish and steak roast and loved them both. Service staff are well trained and check on your needs during the meal.

Another plus is plenty of parking and not having to deal with crowds at square restaurants.

As a side note: When an establishment has "Lots of choices", it's difficult to put out great food. Sometimes it's better to offer less and make the less better.

Don't know if these is an issue here.......but probably is an opportunity.
