I haven't heard anything recently. Is the location being prepared for opening?

In May it was announced that Habaneros is coming to Southern Trace Plaza, opening into the former Crispers location. The online news even reported that Habaneros is expected to open in November.

I go by there 2-3 times a week and the only activity I've seen so far is that they've removed the tables and chairs from the porch...that's it...

I usually get the Beef O. Brady's smell when travelling by the place where Crispers used to be but yesterday smelled Mexican food cooking.

Have seen lights in there too as well?

There have been workers there when I cart on by while running errands around Southern Trace Shopping Center.
