After 30 min we went to the window and complained. 5 min later we were given food that wasn't what we ordered. We got refunds and left in frustration. Clearly Rita's is there to service the workers only.
The workers only have a limited time for lunch and maybe had pre ordered their meals.

Ate there a couple of weeks ago, Had to wait 15 minutes for Enchiladas En Mole. The reason being they were made from scratch and not pre made and reheated as is the case in most Mexican Restaurants around here. They were very good and I Could only eat two and took the third one home.

My experience has been good also, tasty food.

Most fast food places around here are busy at lunch with people still working for a living. I have no problem giving them priority and tend to avoid the noon rush for that reason.

After attending the opening of the Everglades regional recreation center this morning, the wife and I went further down the road to the food trucks near Ednas (by the Pitch & Putt). We tried the Mexican truck and it re-affirmed my opinion of food trucks. The food can be hit or miss (it was decent in this case) but always strikes me as somewhat overpriced and slow. Checking the other two trucks there (there is normally just one other truck there), the prices seemed somewhat overpriced as well and judging from how the lines were moving, they were equally slow. Your mileage may vary.

Hi. I’ve got a lot on Marsh Bend, and contemplating swapping out for a different one close to Edna’s. Wondered what the noise level is like.

I have a business in UK specialising in food trucks so don’t have a problem - but my wife does and will never eat there. Also the noise from the family pool.
