Me? Food trucks, roach coaches (old or modern) are great for outdoor events like car shows, carnivals, fairs and the like.
With all the options and alternatives in TV and the surrounding area.....food truck? Not for me!

Yale Hospital in New Haven has food trucks representing restaurants in the area lining the streets near the main entrance. They have to have special permits, are there on specific schedules and days. They are the reason why the hospital employees, nurses, doctors, office workers, phlebotomists, janitors, etc. - are able to enjoy a lunch OTHER than cafeteria food, bring their own every day, or pay extra for delivery service which may or may not arrive when they're actually on their lunch break.
The truck brings the entire menu to them, parks it outside their doors, they go out, pick their choice for the day, and they can be back to work before their half hour or 45-minute break is over.
Huge convenience, excellent food (it's food they would eat at the restaurant, if they had time to do so during their shift). It's a little more expensive than the actual restaurant's prices but only marginally. They're paying for the convenience of having the food right there outside their hospital's door, waiting for them to ask for it.
