It's easy, they have a SEARCH PAGE. In Section 2 you check the box on Indian/Pakistani, then click on the green SEARCH button. Comes up with 5 in the area. Click on their big blue buttons to read the description and any reviews. Not like Yelp with false testimonials, this site takes reviews from club members only and they all live in The Villages. No advertising to get in the way too.
Cool!

What region to you like ?? Flavours are totally different depending on region.
The wife and I found that out the hard way. There was a new Indian restaurant we wanted to try it out as we had never eaten that cuisine before. A friend went with us and we all ordered 3 different dishes. There was so much curry in the food that we couldn't tell the difference in the meat in our dishes when we tried a sample of each other's meal. All you could taste was the curry. We didn't finish our meals. Our friend was a very direct individual so when the server asked how our meal was my friend told her it was the nastiest stuff he had ever put in his mouth.

Some months later a co-worker, an Indian lady, invited us to her wedding and said they were having an Indian caterer provide the meal. We were quite apprehensive about the meal but it turned out to be the direct opposite of the restaurant experience. The food was delicious. I told our friend about the meal we had eaten previously and the difference between the caterer's food. She said that more than likely the restaurant owner and cook were from an area in India where they used a lot of curry. The caterer was from another area where the use of curry was modest. She also said she didn't like excessive curry in her food.

There is a large Indian retirement community in Wesley Chapel.
