My take:
Wawa: Sara Lee deli meats. A lot of it. OK in a pinch
Jimmy Johns: Oscar Meyer deli meats with very few veggies or choice in general
Jersey Mike's: Too expensive for what you get but good taste.
Subway: Sometimes good stuff like mortadella and capicola, also corned beef. Lot of choice.

Never tried Roberto's.
