Had two similar experiences there in the last month with visiting family. Facility was dirty (floors and rest rooms), food was mediocre, at best and the food portions were the smallest we’ve seen. Additionally, they were out of at least three items that are staples on the menu.

Love the concept of the traditional diner/shake shack but it will be a long time before we try this place again. Disappointing.

Square 1 in Pinellas Plaza has great burgers and is a lot closer.

Maybe for the beautiful cart ride with someone special instead of sitting in front of a computer all day and judging others.

A very entertains conversation with many twists and turns from a guy that just wanted to give an unsolicited plug to some joint called “Edna’s!”

Dude, that was a long road for a short trip.

When an Owner is not concerned about undercooked food being served than who is?

Best to stay away from there and get a great cheeseburger from the food truck at Edna’s!
I would request the burger well done. J.R. has never disappointed.

Four of us went there yesterday for breakfast after golf ( 9:30am). Service extremely slow , eggs cold , bacon soggy and undercooked. Very different than our experience over the last few months.

OMG. Another ridiculous complaint. Don’t really care about your undercooked burger. Shameful to bash a restaurant on social media for such a petty issue.

Undercooked can be corrected, overcooked requires a new order! I agree with you

How can a burger be under cooked rare is best. Salmonella has a 99.9999 % survival rate no worries.

I heard they are under new management. Hope a once good place is not going downhill!

Got a great idea. The next time you go out and a have a really average dinner write a positive post about it. It seems to me there are a lot of people out there only write negative reviews which really hurt small businesses. I for one have eaten at Johnny Rockets a hundred times over the years and have never been disappointed. I really don’t expect to get a gourmet, grass fed prime burger there but as the saying goes, and I actually hate this expression, “it is what it is” and it always lives up to that.

Gator's Dockside at Brownwood for a Philly cheese steak is better than ones at a couple of Country Club restaurants.
