What does everyone have against ketchup? Why not mustard just as much sugar just as much additives mayonnaise just as bad for you barbecue sauce which is just ketchup with a lot of sugar. It goes down to taste I like ketchup on my hotdogs. Some people think this is just as bad as eating thick crust pizza.

See so many adults slathering it on everything before they even taste their food. Why put on a sugary/vinergar glop on perfectly good tasting food.

Who says that ketchup is made for kids? Ketchup is the most popular and the greatest food condiment ever concocted.

Mustard has sugar????? Not the kind I buy. I guess if you get honey mustard, you might get some honey. But whether that is real honey is an open question.

Since nothing is as it really seems any more, Perhaps the poster had other motivation. Perhaps the poster wanted everyone to see that they eat in 5 star restaurants and that they want halal.

But if you think there are truly any 5 star restaurants here then should we really listen to the rant about ketchup? Hahahaha...nope.

Really! This is what you think is beneficial to post? Wow!

if viewed as a tongue-in-cheek, this thread is amusing ;), and if i think of 5 star, chop house comes to mind.

I hope the OP never witnesses your eating habits in a restaurant. Mixing mayo and malt vinegar with ketchup BEFORE tasting the food? Your table must be full of condiments throughout your meal. Blasphemy!

Perceptive.

My take is that is is just to generate controversy. Maybe vent a little grumpiness too.

Probably enjoys ketchup on their Pop-Tarts.

I would not put ketchup on my Omaha Steak filet mignon but almost anything else goes.

In their opinion, whatever they’re eating needs it. Opinions are like a******s, everyone has one. :spoken:

Reading through this thread, it appears 5 star restaurants in the Villages are any that serve ketchup. Michelin star for those that serve additional condiments for do-it-yourself mixing. We are a group who know what we like!

Or perhaps the OP, he or she, is just trolling. Unheard of on a forum! Or if you look at the verbiage, maybe it's a grandchild that found an open window!

Ketchup was the only thing that made my mother's cooking palatable.
