Been in there 3-4 times over last ten years. Has been that way every time I tried to see if things had changed.

The concerns I read on all the local social media sites here resonate back from where we came from as well. EVERYONE is struggling with good service, enough support staff etc. It ranges from the health-care, to the service industry. I think in 2022 (though I pray not) we shall begin seeing MUCH higher prices plus shortages we've not experienced in the past. Saw a gas price last night on 466 that was over $3.00/gal. We're a spoiled nation having enjoyed abundance in our life-times (our parents not so much).

Probably going to "jail" on this post. That is absolutely BS. That's a 150% increase. I can only hope it was a typo on your end

Until the fast food industry pays their employees a living wage, not a 1980 wage, will you see good service , good food and clean stores and customers will have to pay $$$ for it , no more of this fake economy will be coming .

Taco Hell we used to call it, canned dog food wrapped in cardboard…..

And just what is a "living wage" for a teenager or 20 something with little to no work experience??

And there in lies the problem. I don’t eat biscuits or drink soft drinks. Last time I went there I asked for a chicken breast, wing and thigh. They didn’t know what to do? If I bought the chicken only it was $14. However, if I bought the meal with the biscuit and soda, it was $9. I told them to give me the meal and hold the biscuit and soda, but the said they had to include them. They gave me the meal, so i threw away the soda and feed the biscuit to a duck. Hope I didn’t kill the poor duck with that biscuit!

We need either a Boston Market or Popeyes KC is getting to expensive

What we really need is a Pollo Tropical.
They are everywhere except here and I can't figure out why not???

However . . . PDQ in the Colony shopping plaza on 466A for chicken is VERY good.
If you've never been there you should try it.

It is remarkable how dumb some of the employees of these fast food restaurants can be.

When we paid in cash change was a major hassle for many.

You could have given your soda to the next person in line instead of tossing it away. Also, feeding any kind of bread product to ducks is a big no-no; it's the worst thing you can feed them.

We all know that most fast-food employees are not rocket scientists, but many of these places hire those with disabilities of one sort or another. I think we all need to be a little kinder in dealing with them.
