Keurig coffee makers harbor bacteria and mold and should be cleaned regularly and replaced every few years. Do an internet search and make sure yours is clean, especially if you don't want bad coffee. This is a public service announcement LOL. It's why I do pourover.

Foxtail Coffee is opening soon at Magnolia Plaza.

And just because you do it one way at your current place, doesnt mean that will be the routine here.

You can buy a reusable "k-cup" that you can fill with your own fresh grind.

I enjoyed the Starbucks at LSL, but is there anything south of that? Dunkin’ Donuts, Panera Bread or McDonalds don’t cut it. Does Sawgrass have a coffee place with sitting, and if so what time does it open. Thank you my future friends and neighbors for your help. Will be back for second lifestyle visit next week! 😀

I don’t know of a place within The Villages that roasts coffee beans, but there is a small store very close to The Villages located in Leesburg that roasts and also sells green coffee beans. It is called Vintner’s Choice. They also sell home brew supplies and equipment for making beer and wine. It is located at 2501 W. main St., Suite 104, Leesburg FL 34748. There phone number is 352-431-2121 & 352-303-8071.

At Magnolia Plaza there is Reveille Cafe and soon to come Foxtail Coffee Co.

In my opinion, Reveille Cafe has very ordinary coffee.

Having moved here from Seattle where good coffee is everywhere, not Starbucks, we have yet to find a "coffee shop" whos coffee wasn't extremely bitter here. Believe it or not, we've found our best cup of coffee at some of the country clubs, even that is hit or miss. The shop at Sawgrass Market is okay but may be better suited for cappuccinos due to inconsistency of espresso (barista).
If you find one, please post.

Wawa's has good tasting coffee, but there's a little coffee shop in the Bealls, Lowes Plaza on 441 left side o Bealls at the end. food too.

A major factor is the local water. That can make or break the flavor.

I like a good cup of coffee, and believe it or not the Walmart brand Donut shop coffee is excellent. Either the K cup or ground is very flavorful.

Bob Evans cappuccino is a powder base, with water added.

We're also from Washington, thankfully not Seattle.. lol

This is the closest thing to anything we had back home. It's outside the bubble though. :mornincoffee: Locations | The Coffee Snob | United States

Don't know about their cappuccino. I order straight black coffee. At Bob Evans it always tastes like swamp water. I asked if they filter their water and was told that they do. Need to replace that filter. Water there, like most places in TV, the water is nasty. Order something that comes in a can or bottle. Great coffee starts with great water.

Our kids bought us a Nespresso coffee machine. The coffee is fantastic. I had a Bunn k cup machine, (similar to a Keurig) And the Nespresso is by far makes a great cup of coffee. My brother-in-law has a whole set up (type of barista machine) and it grinds and does other stuff. He's really into coffee. Search online.
