Default LIghthouse - Sumter Landing

Today, we thought we would again visit The LIght House restaurant in Sumter Landing. It had always been one of our favorite places. We absolutely loved sitting on the outside overlooking the lake. However, we did have some so so experiences with them over the last year and decided to stay away for a while. Today, we could not have been more PLEASED WITH THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE! My wife had the Southie Shrimp salad which she said was wonderful and I had the shrimp basket which was as good as before. Glad we stopped and will do so again!

Were they serving on real plates with silverware and glasses or still using disposables?

Last time we tried it was about 4 months ago and it was terrible. Service was Ok but the food…..ugh. Glad to hear it’s back on track.

Sounds great. Maybe opening a new restaurant took more than they expected.

Nice to hear a positive comment on a business or service, they are just as much deserved as a negative ones

I wouldn't have a problem with disposables. It makes me feel at home. It's also more sanitary.
