I would never order steak at an Italian restaurant. Not their specialty.

You get what you pay for at The Fresh Market, so don't be surprised by the prices. If you like tenderloin watch for sales and buy the whole thing. They will cut it to your specifications. We then have them packed two to a pkg. and freeze them.

I do not order at steak at a pizza place either!
It is not a pizza restaurant t is an Italian steak house, so serving steak and Italian dishes. For those who may not know this prime rib is not usda prime but means it comes from the 6th to 12th ribs. this is the prime cut the other ribs would be a rib roast.

I guess he was right!
Winn Dixie has two levels of beef. If it's in the white package, it's the lousy quality Mexican and called Ranchers Home. In the black packs, you pay more but get the better beef.

Then you are missing out on one of the best filets you can eat at Carrabba's Italian grill. Add the marsala sauce and my wife has ordered this most times there. The pork chops are excellent also. Have had both at many locations with a side of pasta for a great steak meal at an Italian restaurant

The difference is probably that Carrabba has a grill to cook steaks.

Doesn’t matter. If they have it on the menu it should be good. Maybe it was just a bad cut that time.

I love Prima but I tried the Prime Rib and found it exceptionally fatty. Out of the whole 12oz portion, maybe half was edible, the rest was fat.

I used to like meat medium rare but now I like it medium. It’s a lot less chewy.

I stopped buying pizza from Mezza Luna months ago because they started adding way too much cheese. I recently pointed out to the manager that the pizza photo on their menu shows a pizza with cheese and sauce equally distributed on the pizza. But their actual pizza has almost no sauce, and you need to cut into about a half inch of cheese it to find any sauce at all.

Default You should look into Sous Vide cooking.

With Sous Vide cooking, you can actually make a chuck roast taste like a juicy prime rib. It is an awesome way to cook.
