There are some people whose sole duty is to tell everyone how horrible things are...ignore them and enjoy.
I suspect the devils in the details. and its difficult given time, limited space and lack of pictorial opportunities to make a fine point. And I don't believe people complain just to complain. and if people didn't ever complain we still be living in caves

When someone says they had bad meal it may have been that that particular chef is not good at that particular meal. or perhaps short handed or perhaps poor management, etc.

Essentially however in the end its the customer that matters. so if X says won't go back I respect that comment and file it away for further reference.

Personal Best Regards:

I love to to watch her prepare and complete six at a time without missing a beat. And mine is always perfect. She is an act that gets my tip every time at Evans Prairie for the Sunday breakfast buffet.

Smallest tail I've ever seen, hockey puck size portion of potatoes and upcharge to change. We won't b going there again.
Seems like nothing has changed at Nancy Lopez for Thanksgiving.
In 2010 we took our family of 11 there for Thanksgiving dinner and they served processed turkey back then.
We are still kicking ourselves for not sending the meals back and complaining to management.
We used to go there often back then but have not gone there since.

I don't think any experience from 7 years ago is relevant today.

Never go out to eat on major holidays, you are going to get the bums rush as far as quality & service

Absolutely correct!

My club, a group of 25, had our holiday dinner last night at Lopez. We all had great food, service and a great time. My wife had the 15 shrimp special and it was excellent as was my roasted duck.

P.S.
The meals came out all at once, not an easy feat for any kitchen or wait staff.

It is when they are still serving the same lousy processed turkey and getting away with it.

Since you said you haven't been back in 7 years, how would you know?

started this thread which states

" the turkey was definitely processed meat and tasteless"

Maybe they can't cook a turkey? I was banned several Thanksgivings ago from cooking the turkey.
