Napolino's, (formerly Chef's of Napoli) is one of the better Italian restaurants in the area. IMHO

I plan to go there for a birthday celebration as I love their pescatore. Their bread is deliciious and many people order it to take out.

FWIW - My mother was Italian.

We haven’t been there since the new name and management. From reviews it sounds like we should give it a go. When it comes to food, it’s different strokes for different folks.

Cooked to your level of thickness. It is simple, takes 10-20 minutes and it is like being in Italy, You could add basil but it is not necessary. This sauce does not contain any chemicals, or other additives and is real Italian and cost less than the expensive brands with all of their additives that are to preserve and protect.:ho:

My two cents - basil plants are almost always available at Publix. They are inexpensive. Here they grow like weeds. Fresh basil is glorious on many Italian dishes. Just cut a few leaves off and you are in business.
