Default New vietnamese restaurant

Has anyone tried the new Vietnamese Restaurant at the corner of 301 and 466? Have been told that everything is homemade and excellent quality.

I am not too familiar with Vietnamese food, but I have read it is very refined—sometimes compared to French. Now if only I could get Honey to try it. I think he’ll actually like it.

Of the four corners at 301 and 466, it is the one that is not a citrus packer, Wawa, or a vacant lot.

Closed on Sunday. It is a yellow building right on 301 before turning onto 466 coming from Wildwood. There is also a nail salon next to it.

I tried it in 1967/68. I’ll pass.

Is this a typo? The write up says that it opened in early 2019.

I think that he meant he tried Vietnamese food. But I think it might have been a not so veiled reference to his being in Vietnam during the war.

Oh -- that makes sense, if true. Why do these things always go over my head. SIGH.

We had lunch there Saturday. We shared spring rolls and won ton noodle soup. Never had Vietnamese before. The spring rolls were great, made with rice paper, fresh romaine, a little rice and strips of barbecued pork with a wonderful peanut dipping sauce. The soup was delicious and very large. I had noticed the large bowls thus the sharing. We managed to eat all the noodles and pork but had to leave some of the broth. Everything is made fresh and you could tell. Service was efficient and friendly. Total tab was $16 plus tip. We Will be going again.
To get there you go past Bargins and Treasures almost to 301, it's the last driveway on the right before 301.
