You seem to have many excuses.
We really weren't that upset but now stating their is no female in the kitchen and obviously she came to our table AND was rude makes your apologies ungenuine.

Bonnie, heard the singer say hello (he was great and came around to all of the tables during his break) and realized it was that Bonnie from TOTV.

I will say we all were surprised how empty the place was given the 2 for 1 burgers and the B/W event going on.

Ariel was wonderful. She got a big tip.

Oh, you should have said hi ! :D I think it was also a little less busy with all of the Halloween activity and parties going on. It is a little more challenging for them because they are on the other side of 44. I do know they are listening to the customers and are really working hard to succeed and give the customers what they want.

If I have a problem with the delivered food I would talk to the manager or chef, and I am sure that will solve the problem very fast and I do not have to use my computer.
