Default Paradise Grill

The old Van Heusen store at Lake Sumter Landing now has a sign on the front door saying Paradise Grill. Hadn't read anything about this facility. Anyone experienced with this chain?

Well, that is what I thought also, but appears to be a restaurant. The internet shows several around Marietta, Orlando etc. Also, the window shopper can now peer in and see it is set up to serve people food and drink.

It is probably another location in their chain. I would think there would be plenty of info about their restaurants on the web.

Point is that there has been little or no news announcing a new restaurant and rumors have circulated that they will be selling patio ranges. Yes, there are plenty of info about Paradise Grill restaurants elsewhere but not here.

A new retailer is coming to the former Van Heusen location at Lake Sumter Landing.

Paradise Grills will be setting up a showroom at the floor space formerly occupied by the clothier at 1018 Lake Sumter Landing, next to Starbucks.

Paradise Grills bills itself as America’s largest outdoor kitchen manufacturer. The company has showrooms located across Florida.
Yes you are correct no restaurant

So end of that "controversy"...LOL ! Outdoor kitchens (grills). Not being intentionally negative, wish all retailers in our little squares nothing but success... helps us ALL. But, competition here for grills, Big green eggs, and all the variations thereof, and the number of choices available for residents who want to install a complete outdoor kitchen, seems like an uphill battle for a new business in a very high rent area. Hope I'm wrong, that they do well !

It will be interesting to see, once they open, how long they stay open. Seems to me to be a high end product/service, with a limited market. Doubtful they will get many folks just pop in and make an impulse purchase!

Default Paradise Grills

I think they will do well. They offer a lot of options. We bought our Paradise Grill from the store in Orlando 4 years ago. My only regret is that I didn't have a water line and electrical outlet to where we were going to place our grill. I have a black extension cord running along my cage to supply power. It's hardly noticeable. As for water, I hooked up to our hose bib and ran a small hose to the faucet, so we only get cold water. Things to think about before making your purchase. But we love our Paradise Grill. https://paradisegrillsdirect.com/

I've been to the one in Marietta several times, but I had no idea it was a chain. The food is on scale with RJ Gators and City Fire, but with more menu items than City Fire. The food is good, but nothing you would brag on.
