Just went in February to the P.F. Chang’s in West Palm Beach, As I had purchased a $100.00 gift card about two yrs ago thinking they were coming here. (You can get a $100.00 gift card at COSTCO for $80.00). It was very good food, and I didn’t think the prices were too much considering the food was very good and service great. So I finally get to use my gift card...and find out they are going to be here. I hope!

Google maps shows 3676 Meggison Road (Way) in the same corner spot, across from BlueFin.

Never eaten at P.F. Chang’s, however, one is located in Mall of Millenia and only a bit more than a hour from The Villages. Might be a place to consider for a birthday or anniversary dinner. Their menu looks doable.

Brownwood needs a good sushi place. Got one in SS (Sakura) and LSL (VKI).

I must say I think the food is very good and the service at most locations is outstanding. Remember you paid a little more to go to an upscale bistro with that being said Id go back there again.

This is old outdated news. They were here over a year ago, filed an application for that location in early 2019 and then backed away. Instead they opened one in Gainesville. The Villages Gourmet Club covered this in their newsletter last year. The recent "Online News" has it wrong again.

Just like any place. It's totally up to the store manager and staff. Most of the PF's we have gone to are great but there are exceptions. P & F used to be a combined corporation but I believe they split. The F is Flemings steak house.

BUT the online news site was WRONG.

From today's Daily Sun:
Report of P.F. Chang's Expansion Not True
P.F. Chang's China Bistro is not coming to The Villages, contrary to information published on an internet blog. The provider of Chinese and Asian cuisines explored the possibility of developing a store at Brownwood more than a year ago, acknowledged Scott Renick, The Villages director of commercial development, but the restaurant chain withdrew its consideration after a private equity firm purchased the company in March 2019, he said "They never signed a lease."

See page A9 of newspaper. Scott Renick, director of commercial development said: “They never signed a lease.”

Not my favorite but my wife is looking forward to it being there. I'm more looking forward to having the new Mexican restaurant come into Brownwood. Now if we could only get [name the favorite restaurant from whatever state you hail from] to open up here!
