Default Polish Deli at the old Woody's Site

Has anyone tried Polan Deli - polish deli on 301 where Woody's Barbecue use to be?
We haven't found a good polish deli in the area so hoping this may be it.

Thanks

Try checking The Villages Gourmet Club website for 4 reviews from members. We liked it.

We stopped for a couple of nut rolls, a day before their official opening. Unfortunately, they were sold out of them. We will have to go back and get some.

While I would not call it a deli with cases of food from which to make a selection - other than a small bakery area - all meals/sandwiches are available to eat in and togo. We have enjoyed the food - but remember - it might not be like your Mother used to make or the same as what you have grown accustomed to! And I suggest perusing the menu and calling ahead to make sure what you are interested in is or can be available. We're hoping there will still be nights with the Polish music that we can enjoy when we get back!

Has anyone tried the Polish deli on route 441 right after the split from 27 in Leesburg? Not a restaurant but very good Polish food including sausages, pierogi and other original and authentic food. Highly recommend.

It's not a deli.....no over-the-counter sliced meats or take and heat items. Had the assorted platter for lunch. Very disappointing tired stuffed cabbage from the steam table. Perogies just O.K. Sausage mealy. Nope. There is a Polish spot in Leesburg that boasts very high ratings.

Geez if they spent more time on their Air Force back in 1939 instead of making sausage we could have had a nicer world....

They make the BEST homemade pierogi I have had since coming down. They have not just potato and cheese, but the traditional sauerkraut. I buy them, freeze them, and bring them to my kids in NY.

Yes, I have visited and purchased sausages, cabbage rolls, pierogis, and canned goods. Worth a visit, but not as good as my bubby:
