Chicken breasts need to be pounded before cooking. Doneness was uneven because they were so thick

Prima
Food and service is excellent.
Price is right. Go and enjoy. |
Some people will never be satisfied
It amazes me the restaurants in TV survived the pandemic and did the best they could. Now there’s a shortage of workers and food prices ( their wholesale costs) have gone through the roof and have yet to peak. Shortages are occurring and will get worst. Restaurants try new vendors so they can keep their menu in tact for the most part. Some of those vendors are not that good The poor small places like Dunkin Doughnut , on 466) snd Culvers are so short of help it’s window service only So if you don’t feel like traveling a few hours away for a meal, do your best to support the restaurants. No im not an owner just someone who appreciates what they are going through and how they are trying BTW, their monthly rent never changed when the were only allowed a 25% capacity |
Dined at Prima last week. Outstanding. promptly seated with a very attentive waitress. Food came out prompt and hot. We both had the grouper in limoncello sauce. Cooked perfectly ( ie; not overcooked) Highly recommend!.
