Stu, we need more info. Did they share the same plate? Are they a couple living together? Did they eat lunch together and when, where and what did they eat?
Not saying they didn't have an event but these things are tricky and you need to backtrace eating events one to two days ago and also rule out general gastrointestinal upsets. |
