Sonny’s does their own deliveries.

Restaurants don’t deliver. Door dash, or grub hub, or a private service. Tip your drivers.

Sonny’s does do their own deliveries with their own servers. If it was delivered on Valentine’s Day, it was probably delivered by Dan. He was my server at Sonny’s yesterday and he mentioned that he was doing a delivery later in the day. Other locations may use third-party delivery, but the LSL one does not at this time. Sonny’s is my favorite place for ribs in this area.

IMHO, the ribs at Oakwood Smoke house on Rt. 27/441 in Fruitland Park are far better and less expensive when on sale three or four days each week.

Just had Sonny’s barbecue deliver ribs to us. Excellent food, service, promptness, and Price! Highly recommend them if you like ribs.

If you want good BBQ try Artman's Country Smokehouse, off 301 on 42, worth the drive or Mission BBQ on 27/441.

Want REAL BBQ?

Treat yourself to slap-yo-mama great lean ribs and the best sweet tea in the area at either Oakwood Grill location: 301 north of Wildwood at the RR bridge; and south on 441 in Fruitland Park. A slab of their ribs is purtier than a mess of sow bellies simmerin' in a skillet fulla hawg fat (but without the fat)! Try 'em and see !

A loyal and picky superfan. Urp...

I much prefer the Baby Back Ribs at Cody's. I usually order the pulled pork at Sonny's. Only had their Baby Back Ribs once and was not impressed.

Anyone else try M&M Old Hickory Smokehouse, on 44, by the Turnpike?

EXCELLENT ribs, pulled pork, brisket...

Okay, now I'm hungry...

I prefer their ribs. They aren’t baby backs …but delicious & juicy. Their collards are done up just right,& healthy. They also have a mustard sAuce which is extremely good.:a040:

Sonny's is HORRIBLE! I'm from the South and this place is not BBQ! SERIOUSLY! If you want BBQ in TV ... go to Willie Jewell's in Magnolia Plaza. It's not perfect ...but it's the best representation of BBQ around here. Don't waste your money at Sonny's.

Don't get me wrong Sonny's is ok for a quick stop - in fact we were in there a few days ago - but good ribs? Any of the other places mentioned by other posters are far better.

Sonny's at LSL

Went to Sonny's a couple of evenings ago and ordered the chicken. The legs were rubbery and the breasts were dry as sawdust. Not good. Service was quick though. Mainly because the place was mostly empty.....
