Default Soup in The Villages

What is your favorite soup spot? I'll make #1 the Mushroom Brie at Lopez and #2 the chili at Tierra del Sol.

Mine is the vegetable beef soup or chili my wife makes in the Instant Pot.

But what is your wife's favorite. Soup take a lot of time to make with a lot of chopping. I like the Pasta Fagoulie at Mezza Luna.

I like my soup out of my kitchen. I KNOW what goes into it! Right now my new favorite is cauliflower with curry seasoning. Sounds awful, but it is delicious.

If you know how to make a good, really good, soup base you can turn anything into soup.

I like a decent Lobster Bisque. I think the best I've had was at Red Lobster.

For fast food chains, I like Culver’s Chili and Panera’s Broccoli Cheddar. Lobster Bisque is excellent at Red Lobster and when it’s the soup of the day at the Country Clubs.

Mushroom Brie at the new Lopez restaurant. Even better than the one the old Lopez Legacy had. Blew me away.

Seems like a favorite is the mushroom brie that Lopez buys frozen in cases containing four 4lb bags.

So? Good is good no matter where it comes from. Very few places will profess their soup as home made.
