Anyone serves Colorado wagyu? Or sell it raw?

I will try the Chop House soon. But, last night, I had a Lean Cuisine salisbury steak with mashed potatoes. Very tender.

We used to be able to get wagyu at the Costco near us and hubby would use the Weber to make my birthday steak and shrimp dinner.
