I fully enjoy any dish with shrimp in it at Bamboo Bistro. They know how to cook shrimp. And I know it sounds strange to mention a chain restaurant, but I also love the bone-in pork chop with mango habanaro chutney at Applebees. It's cooked to perfection on a grill with a spicy/sweet sauce.

I enjoy the loaded "Aztec" salad and margaritas at Fiesta Grande, but no one can beat my husband's grilled steaks and asparagus!

RJ Gators Ice Cream Gator Tail is a meal in itself. We shared it among us five after we got one for free because the waitress forgot our table for a while. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Location...rth_Texas.html

Lobster Bisque - Palmer's CC
Crab Cakes - Palmer's CC and just about anything else I've tried there! Chicken Livers, Garganelli w/sausage & rabe, and the rigatoni bolognese at Red Sauce All sushi at Japanese Steakhouse in Sumter landing. Chili Relleno at Mexican rest. in Colony Bruschetta at Ricciardi's Table, Brownwood Lamb Shank at Brewhouse Brownwood Shrimp and Grits, Butterfish at the Lighthouse I could go on and on. For the most part I think all the restaurants are good. It's the service that brings them down most of the time. Last edited by MangiaMangia; 05-27-2017 at 12:37 PM. |

Philly Cheese Steak sandwich at Gators in SS. For an up charge, they serve mac and cheese that is wonderful!
Cody's beef fajita's, (2 for 1 on Wednesday's).

It may be a chain restaurant, but the Lasagna Classico at Olive Garden is so good, it tastes like candy to me.

Even though I grew up in Florida, I am no fan of grits. I found that was common among many when in my 20's after many late nights out and about I ended up at Waffle House for breakfast. Every breakfast at Waffle House included grits. I couldn't count the number of times I seen people say, can I substitute hash browns for grits. Back then, the waitress would, yes for 65 cents. On a $3 breakfast most people didn't think twice, but I think Waffle House made millions by offering grits with breakfast.
