Default TooJay's filing for bankruptcy

On the unmentionable online news. Really enjoyed their food, especially their carrot cake.

Sorry to hear that. I had stopped going when they kept raising prices and cutting out deals. First of many to come probably

Don't think that means out of business.....means getting rid of their creditors and hopefully re-emerging.

Bummer, we like that place. Lets hope its not the first wave to break before a tsunami of restaurant closings?

I told the manager months ago they would be going out of business when management began cutting corners on the food. Their corned beef sandwich went from the best, to the worst overnight, for example.

this does not mean the end of TooJay's...this gives them the opportunity to protect themselves from creditors that would force them out of business

now they'll have to restructure and hopefully they will successful emerge from bankruptcy ...it would be a shame if they went under... we never went there much, but ya couldn't beat their pastrami deli sandwiches...I never understood the bakery side of their business and wondered if that was a profit center for them or not

We really liked TooJays. Hardly ever disappointed there.
Why couldn’t it have been Cody’s?

I agree. Never was impressed. Prices too high and I got terrible food.

No one should wish a company place goes out of business.

My bet is they will also be on “the list”.

In some cases it might be better for the public health.
