My favorite Polish food is " Garagekey". Ho! Ho!. I used to go to the Polish festival every year in Riverhead, LI, NY. It was great. Our Moose club used to run the beer concession. Krakow Beer was the big seller. 20,000 people used to attend.

Thumbs up Nice menu - how about adding Duck Soup

I tried the platter and was pleased. My wife had the red sauce pigs in the blanket and really like the red sauce. I had the brown gravy with mushrooms on my Pigs ( it was my first try at brown gravy) and it was fine but would order the red next time.

How about adding duck (blood/chocolate) soup on the menu? I've never found a restaurant that served it but I really like it the few times I tried it as a kid at home. Not for everyone, I'm sure, but it would be a really unique polish soup!

Has anyone else tried Duck soup?

A small piece of advice for what it's worth. A larger sign out front close to the road would probably help business. The Polish deli sign on the building is very hard to see unless you're really looking for it. All the cars coming off the TurnPike will never get a chance to see that sign, they are coming off the ramp so fast.

Good luck with your new business!

Went tonight and having eaten Polish food my whole life, I have to say that it was the worst meal I have ever eaten. The Bigos was over cooked. It was like it had been sitting in the pot for a week. The pierogis were just fair. The kielbasa was dry and to top it no horseradish. I will say that there was one bright spot, the potato pancakes. They were fresh and tasty. To top it off, poor social distancing and a mediocre wait staff. I was really hoping for something good. I hope the can get their act together.

We stopped there last Thursday for some nut rolls and pierogis. Unfortunately they were all out of them. A gentleman from the kitchen walked out to check, and he said, he had just put some out the day before. They go fast, and they haven't even officially had opening day yet, which I believe is Monday, the 5th of April.
