Hey red sauce people

I just looked at the menu and am shockingly impressed.

I heard a while back that the owners are CIA trained, I think I had their food at an appliance store demonstration in upstate NY. Also heard they were the chefs at Glen Sanders Mansion. Can't wait.

Y'know, when I see an excessive amount of exclamation points I sometimes think the poster could use a little something to take the edge off. How does your shrink feel about this?

Needing to take the edge off? How does your shrink feel about a lot of caps? Punkin :1rotfl:

My main point is that there are all kinds of allowable activities around here that some folks don't like. Whether it be dogs in public, unruly kids, line dancers, drinking in the square, bicycle riders, joggers, etc., etc. But if it's allowed, it's allowed...and if someone doesn't like it, they can leave. There's always going to be someone who doesn't like something. If we outlawed all the activities that people complain about, we might as well just sit on the porch in a rocking chair and knit booties and carve wood. I think folks need to lighten up and not sweat the petty stuff (or pet the sweaty stuff). :)

I agree! The Villages is a pet friendly community. There are all kinds of allowable activities, including dogs at the Squares. Dog haters need to consider this before purchasing.

I love dogs. Don't have any but love them.

I like it when they lick my face.

I don't like bullies, I won't let them hug me or kiss me.

You never know where they've had their mouths.

One of the reasons we want to be villager's is that it is a dog friendly community
We are looking forward to being able to take our, PALIE with us when we go out
I do think small children can be more disruptive then a dog and I love small children .
It not about like or dislike its about living and enjoying our lives with the people and things we love

Hats off to Red Sauce. We moved here from Miami. Many of the restaurants in South Beach permit dogs to accompany their owner where the dog can stay on on the ground next to the table in the outside eating areas. We were able to bring our little Carly tonight to the Red Sauce patio location. We had a good dinner and it was nice to bring our dog with us. She had been crated all day while we were in a Orlando. Being able to take her with us to our dinner location prevented me from feeling guilty for leaving her in the crate for a couple more hours. Thank you Red Sauce!
:clap2: :ho:

That would make me not to go to Red Sauce. I think pets should have there place and at a restaurant is not the place for a pet. Love dogs but not at a eating place.

I like dogs. We lost our dog before moving down to Florida. I've seen the dogs at Red Sauce and other eateries. IF they're going to be there then the Restaurant Owners should comply with the County rules for the animal to be there Period. That being said I won't stop going to a Restaurant just because there's an animal there. The Animal bothers me a lot less then the person at the bar smoking a damn rotten smelling CIGAR. My last post on this subject.

Some of the commentary has become too pointed and personal. The original topic has been thoroughly discussed.

The thread is now closed.
