Tried this last week, and will never have it again. Nice melted cheese on top, but the ricotta and artichoke part was very watery and grainy tasing. Ate all of the pita points and called it lunch.

Sometimes, you just gotta have a gyro. Even if it is pre portioned formerly frozen meat. No illusions of what I'm eating. I Just like the tzatziki they use.
