You have to give your name and email address. Then they will send you lots of email (cupon) offers. There might be a tendency to get lots of offers from restaurants that are overpriced to begin with. That's usually the way cupons work. First advertisers overprice (whatever it is they are selling), then they offer cupons. Or else the cupon might be for a smaller portion size or dubious quality (nearly out of date).
