Cracker Barrel is the greatest. Uncle Hersel's with cat fish, grits, eggs, with biscuits and gray, yum yum yum :clap2::a040::MOJE_whot:
We tried Havana yesterday morning, not too good but great wait staff.

No one has mentioned Bob Evans near Southern Trace, it is also good. Little Bits in Palm plaza is good. Perkins is OK. Golden Coral has way too much food, but is good.

Travel dwon to highway 44 to Speckled Butterbean, good breakfast buffet with cat fish.

There are lots of good places around TV. :MOJE_whot::)

Do any of them serve Scrapple?, havent been able to find that yet. The only Ga. ice cream (grits) I can find is at Cracker Barrel.

I'll send you some of the best scrapple ever! The Meadows scrapple made here in Central PA.

Been to Cracker Barrel once. Won't go back. Terrible service. They screwed up our order, took forever to have it corrected. Had the manager come over and his apology... "mistakes happen!" Did not offer to comp the meal or give any incentive to come back. So we won't!

Been to both Bob Evens and Perkins and have enjoyed them both. Never been crazy about Cracker Barrell though but can't explain why. Probably it's just me! http://www.palyne.com/talk/Smileys/palyne/eating.gif

We've been to many Cracker Barrels over the years including the one on 441. Their food is very good, consistent and plentiful. However, we did have a bad experience once at a Cracker Barrel in Alabama. I complained over their web site and got an apology and a $20 gift card.

My point is that you should try to resolve any restaurant issues with the local manager. But if you get an unsatisfactory response, as you did, go up the chain and use their web site. Cracker Barrel really is pretty good for a chain restaurant.

However, having said that, there are so many choices around here that restaurants better be on their toes if they want to stay in business.

Are you listening Havana?

Been to many cracker Barrels all over the states and have never been disappointed in any one of them. Love their sampler platter breakfast.

That's my first choice. We go there every Friday.
